Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our pickup and drop-off service. By availing this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Customer hereby authorizes the dealer to execute necessary servicing/repairs at customer's risk and cost, by using all necessary parts & consumable required for the same as per the assessment of the dealer.
Pick up & drop off facility, if available with the dealer, are at the sole risk of the customer.
Remarks of service advisor relating to dents and scratches at the time of accepting the vehicle will be final. Dealer shall not be responsible for minor scratches and dents which are not visible before washing of the vehicle.
Dealer will take reasonable care of the vehicle while it is in its custody. However, dealer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, accident occurred beyond its reasonable control.
Customer agrees not to hold the dealer responsible for any seizure of the vehicle by any finance company or other authorities done in the presence of police while it is in custody of the dealer.
Customer authorizes the dealer to operate/drive the vehicle for testing in connection with its repair/servicing.
Delivery time mentioned in the RO is only indicative. Delivery to be taken within 24 hours after vehicle ready intimation, else customer agrees to pay storage charges @Rs.200 per day and will be made only to the authorized person's on production of RO.
If the vehicle after inspection by dealer is not entrusted to service, customer agrees to pay Rs. 1000 or 1% of total estimation charges whichever is maximum but not more than Rs.5000.
All charges shall be paid by customer before taking delivery of repaired/serviced after adjusting advance amount, else customer agrees to pay interest on delayed payment & authorizes dealer to exercise lien over vehicle till all dues are cleared.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where this dealer operates.
